As an organisation we have a set of values, which governs how we like to work with our clients.

  • We believe that every customer’s business need is unique; therefore we provide bespoke events and do not offer ‘off the shelf’ one size fits all solutions.
  • We do not employ trainers; The SA Group uses Associates with senior level experience in their specialist field. We target ourselves to never give any associate more than half of their working years work; hence we can be sure that every consultant has real current sales and business experience and credibility.   • We work with clients who believe in ‘Needs Based Relationship Sales’; ‘helping customers to buy the right thing to meet their need in a way that maintains or enhances the relationship’.
  • We work with clients who believe in ‘Building Better Business by Building Better Relationships’, internal and external relationships.
  • We provide pragmatic; business goal focused development and management support, best practice not flavour of the month.
  • We believe that development is more effective when it is close to reality; all of our events begin with the “Why” and “How” then use real world scenarios to ensure the learning is transferred to the workplace.
  • We work with clients who see the value of a long-term relationship with their professional supplier; we do not deliver ‘one off’ events that are not part of a business growth strategy.
  • All of our programmes include a strong emphasis on positioning and motivation; it is insufficient for staff to know what they are expected to do they need to be motivated to do it.
